Own-business case study · Business dashboard
A shared operating view for agents and management.
The dashboard we are building brings business processes into a custom workspace. Its B2B sales flow connects market discovery, CRM evidence, agent research and review decisions instead of leaving them in separate tools and conversations.
The clearest example is the route from an approved market brief to a review-ready organisation record. Agents do repeatable discovery and research work; management controls targeting, progression and external commitments.
- Project: custom business dashboard
- Focus: B2B discovery, qualification and review
- Status: implemented capabilities, staged automation

The process behind the dashboard
A sales campaign needs a coherent record of who was found, where the information came from, why the organisation fits and what should happen next. The implementation preserves source evidence and campaign membership, checks for duplicates and keeps exclusions, so rejected records do not simply reappear as new work.
How agents participate
Scoped work queues connect the dashboard to an operating agent. Each job has an owner and a recorded result. Research enriches existing records rather than creating parallel lists. Missing evidence is surfaced for attention, and the review can distinguish a useful account from one that needs more research.
- Public-source discovery with provenance retained in CRM.
- Agent review of identity, duplicates, geography and campaign fit.
- A visible review outcome with missing facts and next steps.
How management steers
Management defines the market and sources, reviews the records and controls later campaign stages. Completing an agent research job does not automatically approve the organisation or authorise outreach. The dashboard keeps these decisions separate, allowing automation to grow without concealing unfinished work.
A foundation for the next pipeline
The same workspace also supports marketing plans, content reviews and development cycles. The reusable idea is a connected operating record: business context, agent work, evidence and human decisions. Each pipeline still needs its own integration and acceptance checks; a shared dashboard is not proof that every stage is fully automated.
The result we can show today
A working software foundation connects discovery and review instead of treating each agent task as an isolated output. This is an implementation case, not a revenue or conversion-rate claim. The next useful measurements are accepted-record quality, research time, qualified conversations and progression through the sales process.
