OpenClaw training & agentic AI coaching
Help your people lead an agent-run pipeline.
Practical training for the people who initiate work, oversee agents and own the outcome. Use your actual business process as the learning material—not a catalogue of model features.

For founders and process owners
Learn to choose a first pipeline, define a useful outcome and separate routine agent work from decisions that need your judgement. Leave with a working brief: inputs, stages, tools, responsibilities and a practical next step.
- Map the current process and its handoffs.
- Set operating boundaries and meaningful measures.
- Review a sample exception and decide how the process should respond.
For the team running the workspace
The half-day workshop uses a representative pipeline to practise initiation, dashboard review, feedback and improvement. Exercises can use a sandbox or non-sensitive example data. No coding background is assumed for management training; technical sessions are scoped to the participants.
- Read status and evidence rather than assuming a green indicator means success.
- Review drafts, handle exceptions and provide useful feedback.
- Practise a pause, recovery or handover scenario.
For technical builders
Work through agent responsibilities, tool access, integrations and verification. Connect the software delivery process to the operating pipeline, so improvements can be tested and released without losing the business context.
What you take away
An agreed process map, a management review checklist and an actionable improvement brief. Ongoing coaching supports the next operating review and prioritisation cycle; the cadence and scope are agreed in the proposal. Taxes, travel, custom implementation and operating costs are confirmed separately.
Training is part of implementation too
Standard implementation already includes four hours of training and 90 days of optimisation. Extended implementation includes eight hours. Standalone sessions are available when you want to build confidence before a project or develop the team further.
Practical questions
Before you begin.
Is this official OpenClaw certification?
No. OCI is an independent consultancy. This is practical business training and coaching, not an official platform certification.
Can we train on our own process?
Yes. That is the preferred starting point. We agree the available systems, data and learning goals beforehand and use a suitable example or sandbox when live access is unnecessary.
