B2B sales pipeline automation
From market signals to meaningful sales conversations.
Give discovery, qualification, research, outreach preparation and follow-up one connected process. An agent team does the recurring work; your sales lead sets the direction and owns the relationship.
A custom-fit sales workspace—not another list of unqualified leads. Start with the B2B sales framework and adapt the stages to your market, evidence standards and existing CRM.
- Framework: €1,500 with team implementation
- Eight-bot team setup: €3,599
- First team + framework: €5,099 one-off

Build around the way you actually sell.
The starting point is your ideal customer, buying signals and definition of a useful opportunity. We map how a firm becomes a qualified account, what evidence is needed, who owns the next action and when a record should leave the pipeline. Keep a CRM you like; build the missing research, coordination and management view around it.
- Inputs: an agreed market brief, approved sources and existing account data.
- Outputs: evidence-backed records, review-ready messages and visible next actions.
- Integrations: your CRM, permitted research sources, email and calendar where access is agreed.
A management view with reasons, not just scores.
See where every opportunity came from, why it fits, what is missing and which stage needs attention. A rejected lead becomes feedback for the next search, not another duplicate to review. Unknown facts remain unknown until checked.
- Source evidence and duplicate/exclusion checks.
- Stage ownership, review queues and follow-up status.
- A traceable history of decisions and changes.
Measure the whole path.
Agree a baseline before the pilot: time spent researching an accepted account, evidence completeness, qualified conversations and progression to genuine opportunities. Email volume is not the outcome. Track delivery and replies separately from meetings and revenue, so the pipeline can improve without optimising for activity alone.
Practical questions
Before you begin.
Will the agents automatically send outreach?
Only within the channels and authority agreed for your deployment. Research, message preparation and sending are separate stages. Our dashboard case study currently retains human approval gates; it is not a claim that all outreach runs unattended.
Do we have to replace our CRM?
No. Retain a useful CRM and connect it to the process. A custom dashboard is valuable where the existing tools do not provide the workflow or oversight you need.
